MGL Properties has been managing both commercial and residential rental properties primarily in the Dane County area for over 20 years. We use both our own maintenance staff as well as sub-contractors depending on tasks and workloads to effectively manage our Communities. Our guiding focus is to make our properties the ones that people want to call home. We consider ourselves to be a leader in industry by incorporating technology into the management of our properties.
