  • Cats – Maximum of two cats per apartment allowed. Additional Rent Fee: $50

  • Dogs – Maximum of two dogs per apartment allowed. Additional Rent Fee: $50

Other types of animals are also welcome, but please note that there is a maximum of three pets allowed per apartment. No more than two animals of the same kind are permitted. Some dog breed restrictions apply, so be sure to contact our team for more information.
